Green Cleaning Tips

There are a lot of things that you can do to help keep your home clean and safe using only green products.  In between cleanings, a lot of our clients keep a spray bottle of apple cider vinegar and water (about a 40/60 mix) to spray down counters after cooking.  This is not harmful at all to kids and pets, making it an easy and great way to keep up on your counters between appointments.  

PETS!  Pets are awesome.  We love pets and we are sure that yours are just as a part of the family as ours are!  They can, however, be a big of a mess sometimes.  When training a new puppy, for example, you are bound to have a few accidents.  Pee spot?  While it is wet, soak it with baking soda, a bit more than you think you need.  Then either spray or carefully pour white vinegar on the stain.  On hardwood, soak it up quickly and thoroughly.  On carpet, let is sit for about an hour and vacuum up.  This should prevent the lil pup from "using" the same spot and your home from smelling like you are training a dog!
